i woke up this morning wanting to nurture something. i have no man (nor do i really want one). i have no children (lord knows i don't want any of those). i want a puppy. but can't have one. could borrow my housemates, but if i squished the three of them together, they still wouldn't equal what i consider a "real" dog. cats are out too. birds are too noisy. hamsters keep you up at night. fish are boring. a lemur or monkey would be cool as hell. but that's just plain unrealistic. reptiles are hard to keep. any suggestions?
